Proventis Partners advised Kolle Rebbe

With the acquisition by Accenture, the Hamburg-based creative agency Kolle Rebbe will become part of a new type of agency model: Accenture Interactive combines digital and creative excellence to develop intelligent services, user/customer experiences, new business models and holistic brand experiences. As the only German creative agency in this alliance, Kolle Rebbe thus strengthens its access to comprehensive digital, technological and strategic know-how.

Kolle Rebbe develops cross-channel advertising campaigns and digital content for clients from a wide range of industries, including brands such as Audi, DAZN, Netflix and TUI Cruises. The agency employs around 300 people at its Hamburg headquarters, including artists, designers, digital designers, technologists, concept engineers and copywriters.

Accenture is a leading global services company offering a broad portfolio of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.

Proventis Partners supported the shareholders around the management team of Kolle Rebbe over a period of about two years, starting with the evaluation of strategic options, through the investor dialogue, to the coordination of the complete transaction process. In doing so, the Proventis Partners team, which was led by Jost Hartmann and Ulrich Schneider, was able to implement a transaction structure tailored to the individual needs of the parties involved.
