The acquirer will collaborate closely with the management of H. Lüdi + Co AG to ensure a smooth integration into Spectron Gas Control Systems GmbH, unlocking the joint growth potential.

Since its founding, H. Lüdi + Co AG has evolved from a traditional precision engineering company into a specialized provider of smart laboratory solutions and highly precise gas control components. Due to the increasing demand for modular and flexible laboratory buildings on one hand, and precise components for the laser industry on the other, Spectron Gas Control Systems GmbH has decided to acquire this attractive business as of January 2024.
